Since I heard that Amir Khan was the guy going to be enacting a role with negatives shades of grey I had been eagerly awaiting for it to release. Well it would be suffice to say that he does not disappoint as much as the movie has disappointed.
The movie basically has few pros and many cons that for me as viewer was not worth watching , and Abhishek Bachan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif are the three people who if they had not been in the movie would not have made any difference. Yes there would be people who would have preferred one of the three in the movie but not me.
Katrina intro song Kamli was just like a striptease, since through the whole song she was doing acrobats, which she spent months perfecting and loosing pieces of her attire. As for Jai (Abhishek Bachan) and Ali (Uday Chopra), these are tow police inspectors who have not managed to catch the villains in Dhoom 1 and Dhoom 2 and chances are not in Dhoom 3 as well. ( Yes I have seen the movie but, I do not want to do a spoiler)
I can go on and on about the things I didn’t like about the movie, but I do not plan to do that. I am just going to say that Amir Khan has done justice to the role of Sahir in the movie and the climax and the revelations in the movies related to Amir are just amazing.
Aditya Chopra as producer should have realised that the movie is being produced by yashrajfilms, and people have expectations, we do not want to see police officers from India going to solve bank robberies in USA, it’s like one of the biggest blunders, or make the story more realistic.
Well that is all for now about Dhoom 3.
